Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize complex agent orchestration and multi-agent workflows.
  • Lead event-driven architecture development and enhancements for assigned domains.
  • Operate and troubleshoot runtime components while maintaining high availability and reliability.
  • Improve deployment, monitoring, and incident response processes across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Guide adoption of agentic stack components and cloud-native implementation practices.
  • Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
  • Mentor junior engineers and Senior Associates and foster knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with engineering, SRE, and product teams.
  • Contribute to platform documentation and establish technical best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying distributed or agentic systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with at least one additional modern programming language such as Java, Go, or C++.
  • Experience implementing event-driven, microservices, or multi-agent architectures at scale.
  • Experience with cloud-native development and operations on AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure.
  • Strong background in software testing, code reviews, and agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and monitoring solutions.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
