Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize complex agent orchestration and multi-agent workflows.
- Lead event-driven architecture development and enhancements for assigned domains.
- Operate and troubleshoot runtime components while maintaining high availability and reliability.
- Improve deployment, monitoring, and incident response processes across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Guide adoption of agentic stack components and cloud-native implementation practices.
- Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and Senior Associates and foster knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with engineering, SRE, and product teams.
- Contribute to platform documentation and establish technical best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying distributed or agentic systems.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with at least one additional modern programming language such as Java, Go, or C++.
- Experience implementing event-driven, microservices, or multi-agent architectures at scale.
- Experience with cloud-native development and operations on AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure.
- Strong background in software testing, code reviews, and agile development methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and monitoring solutions.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
