Base Salary
$229k - $269k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own senior technical relationships with high-value federal and public sector partners and advise CTO, CISO, and VP-level stakeholders
- Lead joint technical strategy sessions and executive business reviews
- Architect and lead federal cloud migrations, zero-trust observability frameworks, FedRAMP-aligned deployments, and large-scale DevSecOps transformations
- Design and deliver partner workshops, certifications, and technical deep-dives
- Support end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, partner enablement, assessments, advice, and coaching
- Advocate for partner technical concerns with Datadog teams and help resolve them
- Represent federal partner needs to Product, Engineering, and Technical Services teams and influence platform roadmap prioritization
- Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and partner success
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in a customer- or partner-facing technical role with executive and deep-technical experience
- Track record building and sustaining C-suite relationships in federal or public sector environments
- Deep familiarity with federal procurement cycles, FedRAMP, FISMA, IL5, and public sector partner ecosystems
- Exceptional business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog’s value from technical to executive audiences
- Fluency in English
- Desired hands-on experience in five or more areas including observability, public cloud, containerization, development or scripting, configuration management, and CI/CD or DevSecOps
- Previous experience at a federal systems integrator, defense contractor, or public sector-focused ISV is considered
- Previous experience with Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools, partner technical programs, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, or debugging is considered
