Responsibilities
- Lead 5–10 enterprise deployments quarterly, owning quality, timelines, outcomes, and more than $10 million in eARR
- Define end-to-end implementation strategies for complex integrations, stakeholder alignment, and risk management
- Identify deployment inefficiencies and implement scalable, automated solutions and tooling
- Partner with Engineering and Product to influence the roadmap using client insights and technical feedback
- Lead cross-functional execution across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Create scalable documentation, playbooks, and knowledge systems to institutionalize best practices
- Forecast capacity, mitigate pipeline constraints, and reduce future eARR risk
- Use AI to accelerate solution design, implementation, and continuous deployment improvement
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in deployment, implementation, solutions engineering, or systems architecture in SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations involving API, SDK, and cloud integrations
- Deep technical skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions while engaging credibly with Engineering
- Experience improving deployment velocity and quality through process optimization, automation, and tooling
- Ability to influence senior Product and Engineering stakeholders and align cross-functional efforts
- Ability to independently scope, prioritize, and execute in ambiguous, high-growth environments
- Understanding of deployment’s commercial impact on revenue and retention
- Strong perspective on AI and habitual integration of AI into workflows
