Responsibilities
- Act as a hands-on Principal Engineer, contributing code and performing complex code reviews.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled software development automation tools.
- Own the technical design and implementation of features and services.
- Implement Generative AI capabilities into automation tools.
- Drive the technical strategy for modernizing legacy applications.
- Define and enforce engineering standards and quality across product areas.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Apply strong analytical skills to resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Implement secure-by-design principles and robust observability tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical area.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering.
- Expert-level experience with AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
- Deep history of hands-on software engineering and technical design.
- Strong experience in building B2B and enterprise-scale applications.
- Hands-on skills with SQL and No-SQL databases and modern programming languages.
- Strong command of automation and modern DevSecOps practices.
- Proven experience in advanced engineering practices and design patterns.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional team collaboration and communication skills.
