Base Salary
$80k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead software implementation projects for global healthcare and life sciences clients from initiation through delivery
- Analyze client data needs and design Veeva Network MDM solutions for healthcare professionals, organizations, and product data
- Configure Veeva Network MDM and connect it with Vault CRM and other data sources
- Map data flows, support integrations, and configure portals, dashboards, and widgets
- Lead client workshops and explain technical data concepts to business stakeholders
- Drive project schedules, manage risks, and coordinate internal technical specialists
- Coach junior consultants and create reusable implementation templates and guides
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software consulting or professional services experience leading customer-facing technology implementations
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience configuring Veeva Network MDM or a comparable master data management platform such as Reltio or Informatica
- Understanding of data integration tools and concepts, including SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and CSV/FTP file transfers
- Experience managing structured project timelines and project tasks
- Strong presentation and writing skills with the ability to lead meetings and manage client relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 20–30% for client meetings
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries is preferred
- Experience with Vault CRM, Salesforce.com, Informatica, or MuleSoft is preferred
