Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and solution ServiceNow platform implementations.
- Lead ServiceNow consultants and provide technical guidance on complex assignments.
- Own technical delivery for India-based project work, including scope definition, estimation, planning, quality review, coding, and testing.
- Collaborate with onshore teams, clients, system analysts, project managers, and sales teams.
- Participate in solution engineering and pre-sales activities, including solutioning, estimation, proposals, and contracts.
- Drive training, development, knowledge sharing, team growth, and new technical capabilities.
- Support operational metrics and stakeholder satisfaction for the India team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering is preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in the customer experience software space.
- 4–7 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience leading the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models.
- Advanced experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required.
- Experience with Customer Service Management, CCaaS, CTI, and IVR integrations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with additional ServiceNow products and modules.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, customer service, and team-development skills.
