Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered automation for storage operations and engineering workflows.
- Drive adoption of Claude Code, Codex, and other AI coding tools across the Storage team.
- Help engineers use AI for test creation, correctness checks, and code review.
- Coach and mentor engineers on effective use of AI tools.
- Partner with DevX on tooling and platform-level changes while driving Storage-specific adoption and use cases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional industry experience building with AI tools, with measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated success getting a team to adopt an introduced tool or workflow.
- Experience turning a personally built internal AI tool into something a team relies on.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with multiple AI coding tools, including Claude Code and Codex.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
