Responsibilities
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems and integrate agent outputs into production environments.
- Design intent-driven prompts and workflows for AI coding agents and validate generated code for quality, safety, and accuracy.
- Create scalable RAG architectures, vector stores, and knowledge systems for context-aware AI experiences.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize LLMs and AI agents in production with responsible AI guardrails and observability.
- Build AI-embedded applications and workflows using enterprise AI platforms, automation tools, and modern engineering practices.
- Partner directly with clients and own the delivery of AI systems that achieve business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of technical delivery experience with strong AI-tool fluency across the full stack.
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding and multi-agent orchestration using LangChain, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
- Strong prompt and intent engineering skills, including validation of AI-generated code.
- Experience designing RAG pipelines and managing vector databases.
- Experience with LLMOps, model lifecycle management, guardrails, AIOps observability, and AI-system delivery practices.
- Demonstrated agentic engineering, orchestration, context and retrieval engineering, and production AI operations expertise.
- Track record of full-stack AI delivery and generalist builder capability.
- Domain fluency and contextual judgment to validate AI outputs against real business contexts.
- Business-outcome orientation and willingness to own production systems permanently.
