Responsibilities
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems and integrate agent outputs into production environments.
- Design prompts and workflows for AI coding agents and validate generated code for quality, safety, accuracy, and correctness.
- Design RAG architectures, vector stores, and knowledge systems for context-aware AI experiences.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize LLMs and AI agents in production with responsible-AI guardrails and observability.
- Build AI-embedded applications and workflows using enterprise AI platforms, automation tools, and modern engineering practices.
- Partner directly with clients and own the ongoing production impact of the pod’s work.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of technical delivery experience with strong full-stack AI-tool fluency.
- Hands-on agentic coding and multi-agent orchestration experience with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
- Strong prompt and intent engineering skills, including the ability to validate AI-generated code.
- Experience designing RAG pipelines and managing vector databases.
- LLMOps and model lifecycle management experience, including guardrails, AIOps observability, and CI/CD for AI systems.
- Demonstrated agentic engineering, orchestration, context and retrieval engineering, and production AI operations experience.
- Full-stack AI delivery experience and the ability to work as a generalist builder with strong business-context judgment.
