Responsibilities
- Serve as the global SAP technology SME and help drive technology strategy and growth.
- Lead SAP architecture and solution design aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
- Advise clients on greenfield, bluefield, and brownfield transformation strategies.
- Guide ECC to S/4HANA RISE transition journeys and define scalable architectures.
- Lead technology discussions for proposals, workshops, and client presentations.
- Contribute to SAP thought leadership, technology trend analysis, and internal methodologies.
- Own Tenthpin’s internal SAP test, development, and demonstration systems.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in SAP architecture, technology strategy, and full-lifecycle implementations.
- Deep knowledge of S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and modern transformation methodologies.
- Proven leadership in large-scale SAP programs, ideally in the Life Sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of the SAP technology roadmap and ecosystem.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and business leaders.
- Preferred certifications or willingness to obtain: P_SAPEA SAP Certified Professional – SAP Enterprise Architect; P_BTPA SAP Certified Professional – Solution Architect – SAP BTP; and C_BCSBS SAP Certified Associate – Positioning SAP Business Suite.
