Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Write clean, well-documented, testable, and maintainable code.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex features of products and systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to address customer needs.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable and reliable systems.
- Help shape the engineering culture within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or a similar field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Software Engineering position.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, React, Typescript, Google Cloud Platform, Auth0, and Terraform is a plus.
- Ability to build high-quality software with a focus on outcomes.
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end and learning new tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
