Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write clean, documented, testable, and maintainable code.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex features and take ownership of substantial product and system areas.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand customer needs and develop solutions.
- Contribute to system architecture and design with scalability and reliability as core principles.
- Help shape the engineering culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a software engineering position.
- Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, React, TypeScript, Google Cloud Platform, Auth0, or Terraform is a plus but not required.
- Ability to build high-quality software, own features end-to-end, learn new tools, and work across the stack.
- Customer-first, learner’s mindset with a willingness to teach others.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
