Responsibilities
- Develop and manage LLM-based solutions, including semantic layers, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment strategies, and agent and multi-agent systems.
- Own end-to-end machine learning model development, optimization, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Build scalable and reliable MLOps pipelines and optimize model inference and production performance.
- Improve experimentation frameworks, model versioning, A/B testing strategies, automation, reproducibility, and ML infrastructure.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate machine learning solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior machine learning engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; a Master’s degree or Ph.D. is a strong plus.
- 2–4 years of professional machine learning experience with a strong portfolio of production-deployed models.
- Strong LLMOps experience, including fine-tuning frameworks, prompt engineering, large language model lifecycle management, and agent or multi-agent system development.
- Advanced hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses, with Snowflake strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL and deep hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, MLflow, or Airflow.
- Preferred experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and large-scale data processing frameworks such as Spark or Dask.
