Base Salary
$110k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable AI orchestration layers for operational workflows.
- Choose and configure optimal LLMs based on cost, reasoning depth, and latency.
- Develop scalable bridges between relational databases and vector stores.
- Create high-precision Text-to-SQL agents with self-correction capabilities.
- Implement and maintain automated evaluations to ensure consistent agent behavior.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in building scalable AI orchestration layers.
- 7+ years of experience in building and deploying distributed systems using Java, Spring, and Python.
- Expertise in building high-precision RAG systems across structured and unstructured data.
- Experience in building pipelines to measure AI agent performance.
- Familiarity with the latest AI and machine learning advancements.
- Life sciences experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- High work ethic and integrity.
- Must have the unrestricted right to work in the United States.
