Responsibilities
- Develop React components for web applications.
- Design and enhance the UI of the Tailor Platform.
- Analyze client application requirements.
- Modularize UI components for efficient development.
- Possibly engage in back-end development based on interests and skills.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience as a front-end engineer.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Experience in standardization and open-source product development.
- Experience as a tech lead or manager.
- Strong empathy with Tailor's mission.
- Japanese written and verbal communication skills (JLPT N2).
- Ability to work remotely.
