Responsibilities
- Develop software and systems from initial vision through production readiness.
- Build and improve full-stack solutions using object-oriented programming languages, including Java.
- Develop and maintain software within the Tactical Assault Kit ecosystem.
- Assess current architecture and operating environments while planning future functionality and enhancements.
- Identify needed system improvements and help clients solve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in software programming with object-oriented languages, including Java.
- At least 2 years of experience with the Tactical Assault Kit ecosystem.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to complete the required skills assessment and meet the minimum proficiency threshold.
- Preferred experience includes TAK Server plugins, the Android Tactical Assault Kit software development kit, native Android applications, Android profiling, Android distributions and software development kits, Mission Data Packages, Geo Servers, SQLite, mobile technologies, WinTAK, and TAK X.
