Responsibilities
- Lead or support the development of high-performance backend infrastructure for rollups.
- Own key infrastructure components across CI/CD, observability, automation, and runtime performance tooling.
- Collaborate with protocol, research, and backend teams to design infrastructure that balances UX with decentralization.
- Debug production systems at the OS, network, or runtime level to drive reliability improvements.
- Contribute to and lead open-source infrastructure projects that advance the MEV ecosystem.
Requirements
- 4-10 years of experience with production systems and infrastructure engineering.
- Strong skills in Rust or Go for building high-performance, secure systems.
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills for a remote-first environment.
- Motivated by solving complex problems with significant impact.
- Experience with Ethereum infrastructure and open-source contributions is a plus.
