Responsibilities
- Own the entire lifecycle of billing features from conception to deployment.
- Lead the migration of tax determination to third-party integrations.
- Automate the invoice collection process into a self-serve service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the billing experience.
- Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical standards of the team.
- Communicate complex ideas across multiple teams and drive alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on product leadership.
- Strong skills in system architecture and scalable system design.
- Experience in defining technical standards and engineering excellence.
- Proficiency in frontend and backend development practices.
- Ability to lead observability and SRE practices.
- Experience with AI-augmented workflows and agentic coding.
