Responsibilities
- Lead partner-led implementation projects to drive successful client outcomes.
- Provide oversight and guidance on partner projects during client onboarding.
- Facilitate communication between partners and internal teams for project delivery.
- Assess and ensure the success of add-on projects and partner delivery.
- Serve as a resource for partners' technical and business needs.
- Guide partners in architecting and onboarding supported integrations.
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues.
- Educate internal teams about partnership offerings and best practices.
- Set and communicate expectations for project deliverables.
- Document work meticulously and influence others to do the same.
- Identify improvements for processes and tools as the partner base expands.
- Be an authority on Addepar's functionalities.
Requirements
- Experience in Financial Services or Consulting in client-facing roles.
- Preferred experience implementing Addepar clients.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for training and client interactions.
- Passion for technology and finance.
- Experience with programming/scripting, specifically Python.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Bonus: Previous experience in investment management software implementations.
- Bonus: Previous experience with project management.
