Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of features from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with finance and engineering teams to ensure seamless financial processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical standards of the team.
- Coordinate multi-team deliverables and resolve technical blockers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on finance systems.
- Strong skills in system architecture and scalable system design.
- Experience with frontend and backend development, including API management.
- Ability to define and uphold engineering excellence and technical standards.
- Experience with AI-augmented workflows and modern development practices.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
