Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical implementations across backend, frontend, integration, deployment, and production support areas.
- Design, architect, and deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performance cloud applications.
- Build and modernize Java and Spring Boot microservices using REST APIs and event-driven patterns.
- Develop React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript frontend interfaces with reusable component patterns and API integrations.
- Modernize legacy and monolithic architectures into cloud-native, modular platforms.
- Define technical approaches, estimate implementation effort, guide engineering teams, and own delivery quality.
- Mentor developers on design patterns, coding standards, code reviews, testability, performance, and production readiness.
- Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes across cloud environments.
- Drive CI/CD, automated build and release practices, environment configuration, observability, and deployment governance.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs and metrics, improve performance, and maintain application reliability.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of software development experience is listed; the responsibilities also state 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong Java programming skills are required.
- Experience with Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, React, Angular, and AWS is listed as mandatory.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud deployment practices is required or relevant to the role.
- Lead or architect-level engineering responsibility, including technical design, delivery ownership, and team guidance, is expected.
- Education qualifications include B.E., B.Tech, MCA, M.E., M.Tech, MBA, or PGDM; the listed required fields include MBA and Bachelor of Technology.
