Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement real-time localization, ego-motion tracking, and state-estimation systems using multimodal sensor data.
- Build and maintain scalable offline pose-tracking pipelines for large-scale training data.
- Develop and optimize multi-sensor calibration systems for humanoid robotics and data-collection platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build data-driven evaluation and testing frameworks.
- Design, engineer, and deploy reliable software for real-world robotics applications.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in complex estimation and nonlinear optimization problems.
- Strong command of 3D geometry, visual-inertial SLAM, computer vision, feature matching and tracking, and Structure from Motion.
- Experience writing performant C++ software.
- Hands-on experience with sensor calibration, including multi-camera and IMU intrinsics and extrinsics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment requiring rapid exploration and iteration.
- Passion for advancing humanoid robotics technology.
- Experience implementing visual-inertial SLAM on legged robotic platforms is a bonus.
- Background in human motion-capture or AR/VR estimation problems is a bonus.
- Experience applying deep learning to SLAM, 3D reconstruction, or human pose estimation is a bonus.
