Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and customize software applications to meet system requirements and improve functionality and user experience.
- Assist with software updates and releases, including seamless rollout of new features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify requirements and integrate tailored software solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote technical knowledge sharing.
- Manage development documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track software performance metrics and use data to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Quality Assurance to verify compliance with technical specifications.
- Use market research and industry trends to inform project strategies and product improvements.
- Participate in or lead peer programming, design sprint, and prototyping sessions.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or some combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience or skills with MuleSoft, Anypoint, Java, Salesforce, Angular, CSS, HTML, Azure, C# .NET, and SQL Server.
- Ability to work regular, consistent, and punctual schedules, including nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed.
- Ability to work independently, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams.
