Base Salary
$87k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for defense systems.
- Develop and sustain cloud-enabled systems that ingest, tag, and audit datasets.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, leaders, customers, and users to field operationally relevant capabilities.
- Apply software quality, process efficiency, lifecycle, and security practices across large-scale defense projects.
- Travel to customer CONUS and OCONUS sites as required, up to 25%.
Requirements
- Experience developing object-oriented software using Java and other object-oriented languages.
- Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance with SCI eligibility before the start date.
- Typically a STEM degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced related degree and at least 3 years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
- Experience with Agile development is preferred.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and managed service integration is preferred.
