Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and operate backend systems using modern technologies.
- Design and implement scalable architectures for complex applications.
- Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business departments, and technical stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize existing systems for performance and stability.
- Participate in technical decisions and help evolve the broader system landscape.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or comparable practical experience.
- Substantial experience in backend development, ideally with Java, Spring, Hibernate, and REST.
- Experience developing and maintaining complex software solutions.
- Knowledge of modern software architectures and web technologies.
- Understanding of scalable systems and clean, maintainable code.
- Structured working style and a strong focus on quality.
- Good written and spoken German and English.
