Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for business-critical workflows with LLM orchestration and tools.
- Implement agentic behavior using LangChain or LangGraph, including ReAct reasoning and action loops.
- Build a high-performance React application and reusable, scalable UI components.
- Develop Python and Node.js middleware to orchestrate agent calls and data flow.
- Integrate APIs and backend services, including REST and GraphQL services.
- Implement observability, logging, and tracing for agent runs and system performance.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and documented code.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-stack development experience with strong Python and React.js expertise.
- Production experience designing, building, and deploying at least one AI agent or LLM application.
- Deep expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and tools or plugins for extending agent capabilities.
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph and ReAct reasoning patterns.
- Experience with observability, logging, and tracing for AI agents.
- Experience building large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong API integration experience with REST or GraphQL.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Preferred experience with Node.js or Python middleware development.
- Preferred understanding of Salesforce APIs, including REST, Apex, and RLM/CPQ.
- Preferred experience with event-driven architectures, webhooks, CDC, and asynchronous processing.
- Preferred knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with the Databricks Platform and Mosaic AI is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, system design, cross-layer integration, ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.
