Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software applications and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Identify root causes, resolve defects, improve system performance, and recommend system modifications or installations.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software while meeting release schedules and quality targets.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, gather feedback, and support timely delivery.
- Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on programming languages and best practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Full-stack MERN development experience.
- Ability to analyze software requirements, design solutions, perform coding, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ability to develop and execute software validation and testing processes.
- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate project status clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Commitment to quality assurance, customer focus, reporting accuracy, and ongoing skill development.
