Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise software using AI-native engineering practices.
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end components.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable, high-quality solutions while maintaining engineering and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, including copilots and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot or another listed backend technology such as .NET, C#, or Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, and cloud-native development.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
