Responsibilities
- Design, code, review, and test new features for a flagship SaaS product.
- Refactor and modernize legacy software components.
- Contribute to large-scale product architecture and future-state design.
- Run experiments and create POCs to validate and refine technical solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and other teams on technical requirements, deliverables, and optimized solutions.
- Manage assigned work, take ownership, improve processes, share knowledge, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a hands-on development role at a commercial software company.
- Strong experience with SQL and relational database management systems.
- Experience with microservices and REST APIs.
- Experience with cloud tools and cloud-native development, preferably AWS.
- A problem-solving mindset, technology-agnostic approach, ownership, proactive workload management, and willingness to improve processes and share knowledge.
