Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 Industrial Tech initiatives.
- Translate high-level strategy into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and own critical milestones.
- Help position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Demonstrated drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
