Responsibilities
- Design and manage a multi-cloud, multi-region Kubernetes platform using Crossplane, Helm, and ArgoCD.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo Workflows.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems across the stack using tools like Datadog and Sentry.
- Troubleshoot high-scale production issues without impacting live tenants.
- Create GitOps workflows to ensure safe production impacts from code changes.
- Collaborate with R&D, Security, and Product teams to document decisions and ensure successful rollouts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering with a focus on high-scale production systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration in production environments.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps practices using Terraform and ArgoCD.
- Solid understanding of cloud security and architecture best practices.
- Experience with monitoring and logging stacks, designing for observability.
- Scripting skills in Python, bash, or Node.js for automation.
- Linux troubleshooting skills at a systems level.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Bonus: Experience with big-data infrastructure, Java/JVM services, or multi-cloud environments.
