Responsibilities
- Own the policy framework for the AI underwriting agent.
- Translate real-world underwriting rules into clear, testable policies.
- Establish and tune evaluations to measure policy behavior.
- Maintain the runtime environment for the agent's operations.
- Establish patterns and standards for team collaboration.
- Rapidly iterate on capabilities from concept to production.
Requirements
- Strong engineering proficiency with top-notch coding skills.
- Experience with LLM-based or agentic systems in production.
- Experience designing configuration-driven systems.
- Empirical approach to evaluation and quality measurement.
- Comfortable working across the tech stack, including Go/Python and TypeScript.
- Track record of leading technical projects end-to-end.
