Responsibilities
- Build and optimize the company’s data platform for large and rapidly growing data volumes.
- Lead internal technical improvement projects and contribute to the technical design of the data platform.
- Improve the stability and efficiency of the data platform continuously.
- Support and troubleshoot technical issues on the data platform, including production issues.
- Explore AI agent applications on the data platform.
- Implement platform capabilities for analytics, data science, and data product development.
- Collaborate in a cross-cultural, geographically dispersed team.
Requirements
- Require 3–5 years of relevant experience in data engineering or software engineering.
- Require strong experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Require experience building and designing customized platforms on the Hadoop ecosystem, including Hive, HBase, Kafka, and Flink.
- Require strong knowledge of HDFS, Hadoop, and its ecosystem components.
- Require familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL and NoSQL or caching technologies such as Redis and MongoDB.
- Require experience designing and implementing services that handle large data volumes.
- Require strong production troubleshooting ability.
- Require fluency in Mandarin and working knowledge of written English.
- Experience developing user persona platforms is preferred.
