Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI-powered features in the Hex platform.
- Collaborate with the Research team on context and model prompting.
- Integrate AI features with product engineering teams.
- Own the scalable agent infrastructure for data agents.
- Develop experimentation tooling for rapid feature delivery.
- Mentor fellow engineers and lead product initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency with React and Typescript.
- Experience in architecture and systems design.
- Ability to lead and execute major product initiatives.
- Strong understanding of web infrastructure.
- Interest in data and building empowering tools for users.
- Experience maintaining high quality in design, correctness, and testing.
- Curiosity about building a company and its go-to-market strategies.
