Base Salary
$160k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered features into Hex in partnership with the Research team on context and model prompting.
- Integrate AI features into the platform with product engineering teams.
- Own scalable agent infrastructure powering data agents.
- Build experimentation tooling that enables rapid delivery of AI product features.
- Lead major product initiatives and collaborate with and mentor fellow engineers.
- Develop high-quality internal developer experiences and performant external user experiences.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript, plus knowledge of architecture and systems design.
- Experience leading and executing major product initiatives.
- Ability to develop high-quality, performant browser experiences and understand web infrastructure.
- Experience maintaining high standards for design, correctness, and testing.
- Ability to lead product initiatives while collaborating with and mentoring engineers.
- Interest in data products, business and product goals, and broader company functions such as go-to-market, customer development, people, and marketing.
