Responsibilities
- Design and provision network architecture, security architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
- Build, provision, and maintain test environments and lab IT infrastructure services.
- Provision, configure, and troubleshoot large-scale RAN platforms and infrastructure.
- Manage automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code patterns using Terraform.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, mentoring, and team development.
- Support operational stability, incident resolution, environment reliability, and ticket-driven infrastructure support.
- Manage test environment pooling, cluster verification, system monitoring, optimization, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
- Oversee infrastructure and cloud security and compliance requirements.
- Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, service delivery, and escalation pathways.
- Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and runbooks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry.
- At least 3 years of recent hands-on experience provisioning, integrating, and troubleshooting large-scale RAN platforms.
- Expertise in networking concepts including IP protocols, routing, and firewall architecture.
- Advanced Linux administration and infrastructure troubleshooting skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including advanced Kubernetes container orchestration experience.
- Substantial knowledge of Digital Signal Processing principles and applications.
- Experience with radio emulators including DICE, C1, L1BP, C2RS/MIB, and CTX.
- Experience with cluster verification and validation on large-scale systems.
- Experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Strong complex problem-solving, systematic troubleshooting, technical communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
