Responsibilities
- Build reusable agentic AI workflows and automate business processes.
- Develop scalable Python microservices and services for LLM, RAG, and AI-agent solutions.
- Implement prompt engineering, vector search, retrieval pipelines, grounding, and caching.
- Design, test, debug, maintain, deploy, and support AI applications and services across the full lifecycle.
- Optimize solution performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, runbooks, monitoring dashboards, alerts, and incident-response procedures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions and resolve production issues.
- Follow architecture, security, governance, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building AI-based software solutions or data platforms.
- At least 2 years of experience with cloud-native AI/ML or GenAI systems on Azure, AWS, or GCP, or at least 2 years of software development experience.
- Experience with Python, cloud platforms, RAG, vector databases, containerization, CI/CD, APIs, and monitoring tools.
- Ability to independently deliver production-grade solutions and solve difficult multi-component technical problems.
- Exposure to Salesforce, Service Cloud, CPQ, Salesloft, ChatGPT, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate is preferred.
