Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering leaders and customers to connect Command to existing systems.
- Establish technical foundations for product adoption and improve planning and development workflows.
- Engage in cloud infrastructure, integrations, and workflow design.
- Work directly in customer environments to configure secure access and design release workflows.
- Write production-quality code and create reusable product capabilities from customer solutions.
- Enhance customer systems for building software beyond just deployment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering or a similar technical customer-facing role.
- Strong coding and systems-thinking skills.
- Understanding of product development workflows and related systems.
- Experience with software integration across APIs and automation.
- Strong technical judgment and ability to work with minimal structure.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
