Base Salary
$182k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the named technical partner for existing CoreWeave customers across infrastructure, models, observability, inference, and the broader platform.
- Deepen platform adoption, identify and drive expansion opportunities, and strengthen relationships with technical stakeholders.
- Design, demonstrate, and help deploy solutions for AI workloads, including production LLM-powered applications.
- Partner with Account Managers, Specialist Field Engineers, Product, Engineering, Support, and customer teams to resolve technical blockers and ensure customer success.
- Represent customer needs internally and surface product feedback from the field.
- Translate complex technical concepts for engineering and executive audiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, AI-oriented solutions consulting, or technical field engineering.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models, including modern LLM architectures.
- Experience designing and deploying production LLM-powered applications for customer use cases.
- Experience running AI workloads on at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems with enterprise customers.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of AI cloud infrastructure, GPU compute, high-performance networking, storage, PyTorch, VLLM, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Slurm, Kubernetes, hyperparameter optimization, experiment tracking, ML Engineering, AI Engineering, MLOps, LLMOps, technical pre-sales, or solutions architecture.
- Preferred: familiarity with NVIDIA H100, H200, or B200 GPUs, InfiniBand networking, and parallel file systems.
