Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive technical wins for Cloud AI workloads from technical evaluation through customer ramp and adoption.
- Develop code, prototypes, proofs of concept, demos, and customer-tailored solutions in support of sales strategies.
- Provide technical consultation and act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
- Build lasting customer relationships and secure buy-in from customer domain experts.
- Create reusable solutions and assets with the Go-To-Market team based on customer engagements.
- Document, prioritize, and drive resolution of customer feature requests and issues with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with cloud engineering, on-premises engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Experience with programming, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
- Preferred: master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: experience building machine learning solutions and using deep learning, long short-term memory, or convolutional network architectures.
- Preferred: experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.
- Preferred: experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, TPUs, model architectures, or machine learning APIs.
- Preferred: experience working in the financial services industry.
