Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to define an AI-focused product roadmap.
- Rapidly prototype and productionize AI-driven features involving natural-language processing, multimodal processing, and intelligent recommendations.
- Experiment with LLMs, few-shot learning, and RAG, and share AI insights across the engineering organization.
- Own and improve key components of the codebase, ensuring traditional and AI-powered features are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
- Develop creative solutions in ambiguous environments and mentor peers on AI best practices.
Requirements
- Have 7+ years of full-stack development experience building products from concept through production.
- Demonstrate proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, NodeJS/ExpressJS, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
- Have experience with Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Have experience using modern LLM tools to develop, deploy, monitor, and experiment with LLMs in production.
- Be curious about AI, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to collaborate, mentor, and communicate AI best practices.
