Responsibilities
- Create and execute automation and manual test plans for new products and features.
- Develop new automation test scripts using Python or homegrown tools.
- Design, build, and maintain AI tools that streamline QA testing.
- Convert existing manual test cases into automated tests.
- Troubleshoot and analyze automation test results to improve quality.
- Test compatibility with various audio/video devices and streaming formats.
- Lead QA representation across cross-functional teams and influence release decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of test automation development experience.
- 5+ years of experience writing and executing QA test plans for consumer electronics.
- Strong skills in test strategy formulation and automated regression tests.
- Experience with Python or an equivalent language for automated tests.
- Hands-on fluency with conversational AI tools and agentic coding tools.
- Experience leading QA projects and mentoring team members.
- Strong technical communication and team-building skills.
