Base Salary
$240k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for the end-to-end autonomous-driving data engine, including fleet-data automation, active learning, auto-labeling, simulation, and MLOps tooling.
- Oversee architecture, development, and testing across fleet triggers, cloud data lakes, model repositories, and automotive target hardware.
- Build rapid evaluation, benchmarking, continuous integration, training, auto-labeling, and automated validation workflows for multimodal AI systems.
- Optimize and deploy neural networks on embedded automotive SOC platforms and integrate SIL/HIL simulation and synthetic scenario generation.
- Lead and mentor AI scientists and software engineers while driving technical excellence across the AI machinery ecosystem.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, AI, or a closely related autonomous-systems field.
- 10+ years of software development and system architecture experience in ADAS or autonomous-driving applications.
- Industry experience taking AI-based L2+ or L3/L4 autonomous-driving systems into mass production.
- Deep expertise in end-to-end AI architecture, model training, active learning, fleet edge triggers, automated data curation, and data-flywheel systems.
- Technical mastery of deep-learning frameworks and paradigms including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, Occupancy Networks, and reinforcement or imitation learning.
- Expertise in model compression, quantization, and deployment to embedded automotive platforms.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native distributed training, high-throughput data processing, MLOps/CI/CD platforms, and petabyte-scale fleet datasets.
- Preferred experience with multimodal foundation models, 3D perception fusion, generative AI auto-labeling, closed-loop SIL/HIL simulation, and synthetic scenario generation.
- Strong Python and C++ programming proficiency and deep understanding of ISO 26262 and ISO 21448/SOTIF.
- Exceptional technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional communication skills.

- Full-time position with a U.S. base salary range of $240,000–$320,000, excluding bonuses and other monetary compensation.
