Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of Ivalua’s business functionality through existing NRT scenarios.
- Plan, analyze, develop, execute, monitor, and report on automated tests.
- Create automated test scripts for client-provided scenarios using Playwright or other Ivalua-approved automation tools.
- Perform manual and regression testing when required.
- Support test automation by investigating failures, analyzing results, and raising R&D requests through the Extranet.
- Provide the QA Manager with regular updates on planning, staffing, progress, status, and activities.
- Drive improvements in technical adaptation, performance, robustness, and test scenarios.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior QA engineers on automation best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in software automation testing and knowledge of software testing phases.
- Experience with multiple automation testing tools for test execution and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Experience debugging flaky or unreliable tests.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of or practical experience building AI agents and working with Claude.
- Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a closely related field, or a foreign equivalent.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, proactive, and independent-working skills.
- Procurement, supplier relationship management, supply chain, or related domain knowledge is advantageous.
