Responsibilities
- Own complex features end to end from solution design through development, testing, release, and production support.
- Design and build scalable full-stack solutions using C#, modern .NET, and React.
- Shape architecture and technical solutions while balancing quality, security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Partner with product, design, and stakeholders to translate complex or ambiguous requirements into practical solutions.
- Build, deploy, and support software across CI/CD, observability, infrastructure, and cloud-native delivery.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools effectively while validating the quality and security of their outputs.
- Promote engineering quality through automated testing, code reviews, and strong development practices.
- Identify technical risks and dependencies, communicate trade-offs, and proactively resolve blockers.
- Share knowledge and contribute beyond a narrow technical specialization.
Requirements
- Experience designing and developing scalable full-stack software with C#, modern .NET, and React.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of complex features and contribute to architecture and technical solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders on complex or ambiguous requirements.
- Strong development practices, including automated testing, code reviews, and quality-focused delivery.
- Ability to work across deployment, infrastructure, observability, cloud-native delivery, and production support.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server is highly regarded.
- Experience with DevOps practices, Kubernetes, Docker, Playwright, application security, and production support is highly regarded.
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or comparable environments is welcomed.
- Sound judgment when using AI-assisted engineering tools and validating their quality and security.
