Responsibilities
- Work with product management to translate the product roadmap into an engineering plan.
- Convert engineering plans into agile sprint plans with accurate effort estimates and ensure smooth, timely delivery.
- Take complete ownership of technical delivery with strong hands-on expertise.
- Create engineering practices and policies that improve productivity, efficiency, and predictability.
- Create and review base-level architecture and maintain product roadmaps.
- Recruit and build high-performance teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with scalable architecture, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of SOA principles, cloud-based web service architecture, design patterns, and frameworks.
- Development experience with PHP, MEAN Stack, or Node.js.
- Technical expertise with relational and non-relational databases.
- Exposure to API concepts is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-hierarchical environment with a high degree of ownership and flexibility across technologies.
