Responsibilities
- Independently investigate, diagnose, and resolve software issues across critical business applications.
- Monitor application behavior and system performance to identify problems and maintain reliable operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for a future knowledge base.
- Contribute to improving support processes and tools.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- Proficiency in .NET full-stack development, including relevant front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex software issues.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques.
- Ability to work with databases and understand application data flow.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
