Base Salary
$210k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Secure Giga’s platform end-to-end, including customer-configured APIs, real-time conversation systems, and customer data
- Build role-based access controls, permissions models, and audit logging
- Develop security tooling and automation for vulnerability scanning, dependency auditing, secrets management, and automated detection
- Own security across the technology stack and influence system architecture
- Collaborate with backend and infrastructure engineers to integrate security into the platform
- Shape secure engineering practices and enable other engineers to build securely
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in security engineering with a strong software engineering foundation
- Experience securing production systems that handle sensitive data
- Ability to write production-quality code and build security tooling and features
- Comfort working across application security, infrastructure security, and cloud security
- Interest in security challenges involving AI agents, including prompt injection and data leakage
