Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and workflows using Databricks.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex distributed data-processing issues.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead software development best-practice initiatives to improve productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate development activities with stakeholders and business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Proficiency in the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing and big data processing concepts.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
- Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex data-processing issues.
- Competence collaborating in agile development environments and using modern software development tools.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
