Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and other applications.
- Develop inbound and outbound data integrations and maintain technical specifications, integration documentation, and data mappings.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions to ensure reliable data transfer and system performance.
- Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, data validation, and data transformation for integration processes.
- Work with XML, JSON, CSV, and flat-file data formats.
- Partner with HR, IT, business stakeholders, functional consultants, and system administrators to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Support unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Three years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations.
- Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and the Workday data model and business processes.
- Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP web services, database concepts, and SQL querying.
- Understanding of HR and payroll business processes.
- Experience or knowledge with Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages; Git; and integration monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
