Responsibilities
- Own second-line technical support escalations for Elevate through investigation and resolution.
- Reproduce and investigate browser-specific issues, unexpected platform behavior, dashboard errors, data discrepancies, and integration failures.
- Use browser developer tools, console information, and network requests to identify potential causes.
- Write clear technical requirements and bug reports with reproduction steps and expected versus actual behavior.
- Coordinate issue resolution with Product, Engineering, BI, Data, AdOps, support, and client-facing teams.
- Perform manual functional and regression testing for every release across development and production environments and supported browsers.
- Develop and maintain test cases, regression checklists, and known-issue documentation.
- Review client-facing dashboards and reporting outputs for data, functional, and UI/UX inconsistencies.
- Provide technical support during migrations, implementations, and new product rollouts, including access and documentation checks.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in manual QA, technical support, product support, or a related hybrid role in a web-based SaaS or software product environment.
- Hands-on experience with functional and regression testing of complex web applications.
- Experience investigating browser-specific issues using developer tools, console information, network requests, or similar resources.
- Experience gathering information from users or stakeholders to reproduce reported technical issues.
- Experience with software products involving API integrations, multiple data sources, or multi-module web applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across multiple systems.
- Ability to write actionable bug reports with reproduction steps and expected and actual behavior.
- Experience taking end-to-end ownership of issues in an independent SaaS or product company.
- Professional working proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Preferred: experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboard validation and discrepancy investigation.
- Preferred: basic SQL skills and comfort reconciling data tables and source numbers.
- Preferred: familiarity with AI-powered features, LLM-based systems, or agentic workflows and testing nondeterministic outputs.
- Preferred: understanding of AdTech or MarTech products, DSPs, campaign data, media buying, and performance reporting.
