Base Salary
$139k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own support-facing tools for case triage and expert engagement.
- Develop AI-powered assistants and automations for root-cause discovery.
- Create and maintain dashboards and alerts to surface tooling issues early.
- Build self-service diagnostics to empower Support/CX teams.
- Codify reliability practices into services and APIs.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize roadmap initiatives.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for the tooling you own.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Go or Python.
- Strong fundamentals in Linux, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with observability and using data to improve reliability.
- Demonstrated experience with incident management and operational excellence.
- Comfort collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
