Responsibilities

Build tools for US exchange operations to manage payment processing and reconciliation workflows.
Ship production features regularly in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Work across the full stack, developing frontend interfaces and backend APIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and iterate on tooling.
Design systems for scale and compliance with CFTC regulations.
Contribute to technical decisions and best practices within the team.

3-7 years of professional software development experience.
Strong full-stack web development skills with TypeScript and backend experience with Go.
Solid experience with React and Node.js; Next.js experience is a plus.
Experience building data-heavy applications or internal tools.
Ability to work with external APIs and integrate third-party services.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
Bias for action and comfort with iterative shipping based on user feedback.
Builder's mindset focused on creating operationally effective tools.
(Plus) Experience with MongoDB.
(Plus) Background in fintech, payments, or regulated environments.
(Plus) Familiarity with customer service or operations tooling.
(Plus) Understanding of financial data modeling and audit requirements.
(Plus) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
